In Kenya, four‑year‑old John was hidden away because he was deaf — until a deaf Adventist teacher met him at camp meeting and introduced him to the Mwata Adventist School for the Deaf. There, John learned to walk, play, and pray, showing his parents that deafness is not a curse but a journey God can redeem.
