Little Lilli was in a big store in Austria when something frightening happened: she couldn’t find her mother. With tears in her eyes, 5-year-old Lilli prayed, “Dear Jesus, help me find Mother.” In this Children’s Mission story, discover “Cow Carpet Mix-Up,” a touching story that reminds children that they can talk to Jesus in every situation. Lilli was walking through a big store with Mother when she stopped to touch a very unusual carpet. It had brown, white, and black spots and looked a little like a cow. But when Lilli looked up, she couldn’t see Mother anywhere. What happened next became a lesson about prayer and Lilli’s love for Jesus.
