How Isadora Found Her Voice

Gravata, Brazil

Isadora was once shy and reserved, but when she met Jesus, her life was transformed. Now bold and passionate, she shares His love with others, inspiring change and touching lives in her community.

Thirty-one baptisms. Thirty-one lives changed. And it all started with one invitation.

Isadora never imagined she would be here. She used to be quiet, keeping her thoughts to herself. But when a friend invited her to a meeting at a Seventh-day Adventist church, something stirred in her heart.

She heard about Jesus in a way she never had before. His love felt real and personal. She couldn’t ignore it.

“When you meet Jesus, it's something inexplicable... that love impacted me in such a way that I decided to give my life to Him.”

And once she experienced His love, she couldn’t keep it to herself. The quiet, reserved girl became someone new. She became bold, passionate, ready to share Jesus everywhere she went.

“Before I met Jesus... I was a very shy person. So that was already a huge difference in my life—being able to develop.”

She found joy in serving others. When she was offered a scholarship to attend the Seventh-day Adventist school in the Northeast of Brazil, she jumped at the chance. This school offers students the chance to grow in Jesus and opportunities to share Him with others in the community! And because she shared, lives were changed.

“I fell in love with preaching... and through this missionary work, I was able to see lives transformed by Jesus.”

Friends, classmates, and even strangers are discovering the same love that transformed her life.

And she’s not stopping. Isadora can’t help but continue to share.

But there’s a challenge. Right now, the school doesn’t have a proper place for worship. Students gather wherever they can, but space is limited.

This 13th Sabbath, your offering will help build a new church so students like Isadora can continue sharing Jesus with even more people.

“This church that will be built... will be a place where people feel welcomed and can see Jesus in us.”

Thank you for your 13th Sabbath offering. Together, we can build a place of worship in Brazil.
